    awesome runs

    your nature looks great

your dragons are really bad, lobbies need a lift but i am sure you will get that sorted out on the next set of runs

it's amazing you did all this with only 20L of LN2

    you're a pro man!!!

I love the coffee cups saying "Caution, I'm Hot!" Good benching there, is it possible to go to cas 6 with those sticks in the 3D06?

    RAM tweaking is time consuming
looking at his time and available LN2 i would say he just stuck with easy settings to make sure board is not chucking a tantrum

on the next run i would suggest doing a bench on air keeping in mind you will roughly be at 5.7GHz LN2 and work out different scenarios with different multipliers first and then RAM timings and speeds (that way all you will have to do is load the setting in bios and change a multi) if you create 4-5 different versions i'm sure one will do the trick if you encounter problems with some of them under cold)

i would also use an IDE drive and push PCI Frequency past 130Mhz if it will let it. GB has PCI voltage tied with VTT which could be an issue for the CPU if pushed to hard

with high FSB and some nice 6-5-5-x/7-6-6-x this will scream

NR i don't know about this X48 board but the rev1.0 PCB likes higher NB and to boot with tight timings from bios (this will allow for a lower PL as well as long as your timings are VERY tight in bios >> main & subtimings)

hicookie has figured out a droop mod for these.......damn dude if you're sticking 2.1v into a 45nm you better use it lol so you can be at 1.92 or whatever you were trying to get stable lol

So much awesomeness, well done bro!
Nice CPU volts, i see my bad habits are contageous (please remember it was AM3 that i killed my 9650 on)

Also, not sure if you tried it before but run CPU-tests once before the proper full run of '06

As an example, on skulltrail i can gain 300 CPU points by running CPU tests a second time, and that higher score will hold for all further CPU tests too
But if you close 3DMark, you need to do it again, and also if you run some other apps it can sometimes mean you need to double run again.

    Good work...

As mentioned in another thread, these g.skill sticks are amazing... its not the sticks but the chipset that holds you back...

    Keep pushing it.

oh my goodness guys!!!!!!!!!! i had NO idea bout the 2.1v!!!!!!!!!! hahahaha~

    how did that happen!

haha but yea guys, dinos is right, i didnt have time for tweaking it all the way. stuck with easy settings

now the board is acting weird on air! hahahahaha so let me see if i can get pass that. dont think its a board thing.. maybe cpu or memory but yea i'm getting reboots just when it loads windows. dont know why but will update!

@dinos somehow the board, a rev 1.1 or my cpu dosent like high fsb . i mentioned in my first round of testing. no idea why yet but i think its a strap issue so i will try again

@tim running benchmarks again for 06 usually lowers the score for me! even at higher clocks and higher speeds!

    more to come bros!

Did you try the CPU on another board, and with different ram and of course at relaxed timings ?
