Yes, you have to drill them. You cannot bend the tubing all the way around without kinking it...

Here is my first wc rig. I originally planned on two loops. I actually have everything for two loops but was unable to get it all in the case, so I opted for a single loop just to see how things go. I still have to add some lights and get my window for the cosmos, but this will be ok for now. My temps so far go from 30 to 41 degrees Celsius on my CPU, and stay around the same on the gpu's. I haven't ran anything like prime to test the temps out yet, maybe I will in the future, but I don't really have intention on overclocking.

can we get more pics how you mounted the rad in the top?
I love the look of those boards. That looks amazing spoony. You should replace the stock gold galaxy fan guard with a silver or painted black one.. Well, maybe not usually fan guard mods make the general mod look bad, so maybe the gold should stay. Just a thought.

It's a thermochill PA 120.2 with 4x Yate loon push-pull in the front of the case.
You can actually see the 2 illuminated Yate loons in the front in some of the pictures.
A 120.3 should have been better but it's not possible to fit it in unless i bin the optical drive. Not an option really.
I want everything inside the case so i have to make do with this.

Thanks for the replies guys. I am glad you like it.
The radiator is just a swiftech mcr320 QP. I will post pictures of how it is mounted when I get home this afternoon. I really was worried about the EK supreme causing flow problems so I have two MCP355 pumps with XPC res tops in the loop. According the flow rate estimator I am getting about 1.4 gpm.
The case is just a coolermaster cosmos. I painted the inside flat black because I didn't like the metal look on the inside.

I like the outcome of the sleeving process, but about halfway through it I was beginning to doubt my efforts. It is very time consuming and hurts the fingers. I ended up just buying new connectors, pins, and a crimping tool to do the job.

This is the best picture I have as to how I mounted the radiator. I just cut a piece out that would allow air to flow through the entire radiator and drilled holes to mount it. You can also see where I cut a spot in the bottom to house the pa120.2. My rookie building, modding, wc'ing showed up when I started to put the two loops in only to find out it wasn't going to work the way I wanted it to. I ended up having to fabricate a piece to cover up the hole I had cut in the bottom.
