Looking rather plain compared to the rest of you. TO be honest its that baby diarrhea P5B that spoils it.
P180 Black, no sidewindow.

Here is my CM690 Blue Mod.
I still need to do a window mod. But i haven't settled on a design for it yet and i need to order a sheet of Blue transparent Acrylic.

Well, like a lot of others, I bought a couple of the sale Lian0Li built Rocketfish cases. Wife has one and I have the other. Hers will remain stock....she doesn't really care much about what her computer looks like as long as it works. She got one simply because I was not satisfied with the interior temps in her mid-tower Gigabyte GZ-X1 case, so the Rocketfish provided a lot more breathing space for her quad core system.
On the other hand, I tore mine down to its bare chassis and started off by painting the bare chassis gold. Then I painted everything removed black.
This is what it looks like partially reassembled:
I purchased a Lian-Li vented, windowed side panel from FrozenCPU......while I've put my own windows into panels many times before, I chose to buy this one because I wanted a spare side panel and because Lian-Li vented the panel. I must say the panel is very well made and as an extra benefit by buying one pre-made by Lian-Li, the window was reinforced along most of its edges with metal supports, giving the panel and window a lot more structural rigidity than most windows have.
The panel fits like a glove....perfectly! The panel is a Lian-Li part W-75BP.
Unfortunately, the vent is a bit lower than the side mounted exhaust fan....I guess because the cases the panel was originally intended for had two power supply options...top and bottom. The Rocketfish case, on the other hand, has the top power supply option removed and some of the space the upper power supply would fit in transferred to between the top of the bottom mounted power supply and the bottom of the motherboard's slots. Oh well, cannot have everything.
Going to use a Kikbox grille to mount my TC rad up top......it's one of the rare grilles that actually fit TC radiators....and is a very open grille to boot.
The slots for the outer two fans give the grille the ability to fit both TC rads and rads that use "normal" fan spacing like Swiftech and HWLabs.
