Long story short: 3 different P5N32-E boards, RMAed 5 times in total, making it about 3 month without a mobo. I got the same board 2 times, with a paper signed by some technician saying it's A NEW unused product. they broke PCI-E retention clip in process, then claimed I broke it and since it was mechanical failure they wont accept the RMA. Lucky thing I had detailed pictures of that board prior to RMA, even with serial number visible.

Been using Gigabyte ever since, only had one problem - integrated LAN firmware got corrupted, I emailed Gigabyte support about that, they contacted me with some Marvell technician who made an ISO for me to boot from, with autoexecing flash program. It only took 2 hours or something about that.
