Oh, well in the Netherlands here Processor prices are much lower than USA. And more sorts of products because of the strong euro. 236 Euro''s right now. For me it's cheap we get Euro;s as easy like Americans get the SAME amount in Dollars.. even less.
I bought E6320 Early for 140 euros. No money, absolutely cheap. But whatever I only buy from the best of the best Internet Stores.

About my Overclock results E6320 @ 3.2 Ghz on AIR. The mainboard quites the game :P. 460 FSB on 100 Euro worth mainboard P5N-E-SLI. I wouldn't spend 100 more for just 400 Mhz.

The chip is from malaysia and the chip code/date is the one which does 3.5 Ghz easily, from comparable. Thats's why i feel a bit pitty about it XD.

I just got a 6320 and trying to push as high as possible. I think my RAM could do more than 500mhz because I've pass memtest at those speed.

The problem is, I can run Prime for few hours but will fail OCCT within minutes. Sometimes my pc will auto restart when running OCCT? Does motherboard limitation causes Prime to fail?

Is this Coretemp and TAT error? Isn't this supposed to be tjunction 100c? 1.2vcore (I got the worst batch L644G ) Ambient temps are +25-27c

Hi guys, i'm new to the forum, and my first post. so be gentle.

i thought i would share with you guys my 6320.

    i am currently running Asus P5K-E/wifi, enermax 500w liberty, Zalman 9700LED, and G.Skill 2x 1gb ram.

at the moment the highest stable i can go 471mhz@1.56v in bios. limiting factor here is the v's i think. i can go higher mhz but it'll only be stable in occt for about 10-20 mins. how ever the funky thing is if i give it more juice, e.g. at 1.575v in bios, the motherboard s it self, cmos bad checksum, and i can't boot at factory auto everything. only fix is to flash the bios again. but then maybe it can be that the fsb is too high for this p5k-e. shrug.

but anyways here's my screen shots. idles around 30C, and full load goes to about 53C.

With stock cooling and stock volts my E6320 only does 3.0GHz. With 1.53v on a QuadGT using air cooling I've had it up to 3465MHz.

That was a while ago though.

No, I dont think so. I'm pretty sure all B2 stepping Conroe's have Tj 85C.
You seem to be idling in that pic, and assuming your room is pretty cool and you have good airflow, ~25C is normal. [EDIT: Just noticed that you said 27C ambient.. yeah thats strange}} If you're trying to see how high load temps go, click those two "start" buttons in Intel Thermal Analysis Tool, and just wait a few minutes. So far, it brings up higher temps than any other program that I've seen.

    >1.5V. BIOS corruption at very high fsb. Motherboard shutting down at higher CPU voltage. Could be limitation of motherboard or CPU. ASUS P5E3 is putting up amazing overclocking numbers, hence the high price.

Damn I hate how much voltage it takes to go up from 3.4Ghz

    3.2 - default vcore (1.32v load)
    3.4 - 1.4v (1.37v load)
    3.6 - 1.52v (1.48v load)
    3.8 - 1.6v (1.55v load)

my board maxes out at 1.6v at bios, and the vdrop + vdroop takes it down to 1.55v during load.

i have the right setup to reach 4Ghz: memo reaches 1000mhz+, chip fsb wall = ~530mhz, T.R.U.E 120 (3.6Ghz w/ 1.55v, max temps are 58º load) but the damn mobo has a HORRIBLE vdroop, and pencil mod didn't work.
