another P5B Deluxe & E8500 (-65c only / 5.5ghz pi1m)

few days ago i tested my E8500 on this great mobo ... it was only on my 2x 3/4hp Rotary CO2 Cascade, so limited to -60ish (idle -70c)...

Max Stable Super Pi 1m @ 9x556 = 5282mhz 1.64v



Max Stable Super Pi 32m @ 9x548 = 5206mhz 1.64v

like i said on Post #4, 965 Chipset doesnt affect with PL... it doesnt have PL only strap

Is it important to boot at 550 fsb ?
Did you really boot at 550x9,5 or just increase the multi i windows?

I couldent get past 540 fsb via clockgen and booted at 450.
CPU has alot more in it though

It was not the point.
1:1 "PLVL" does not have any effect, but with other dividers it does.

yes, 4:5 doesnt work for me on high fsb, 2:3 on fsb >500 way too high for my mem to reach
with pmem tweak 600+ still ok and no need high VNb
