    same here.

ati tool can be used to raise volts even higher... so my theory on this is the proper hex value for any volt above 1.35 is unknown.

how flat is that heatpipe on the vrms? i totally ignored the pulse chips on mine...

i installed small heatsinks from petra's where your heatpipe is. i cleaned off the thermal tape and used non conductive thermal adheasive from arctic silver... i think i was arctic silver alumina ceramique adheasive

vrms dont get above 85 now

Such high clocks with VRM above 85? OMG. I know my card is not the best because the stock vgpu is 1.2v, but my card can't clock high, even while my VRM never goes above 50c according to Rivatuner.

stock vrms usually hover around 100c full load...

ownage, what water cooling system are you using? I'm looking into getting a new cooling setup, but am a n00b when it comes to water cooling.
    Asus P5Q
    Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale C0
    BFG GTX260 MaxCore OC @ 684/1476/1242
    4x 1GB OCZ DDR2 800 4-4-4-4-12
    2x 160GB Excelstor RAID 0
    Thermaltake Purepower RX 600W
    Windows 7 Build 7100

    pump: Swiftech mcp655
    reservoir: Swiftech MCRES-Micro
radiator: HWlabs black-ice gt stealth 240.
    fans: 2x Yate-loons medium (noisy sons of b!tches, i don't like them)
cpu block: Swiftech Apogee GT universal.
    gpu block: D-tek Fuzon GFX

The radiator is one heck of a bottleneck but still i can hold my gpu below 50c when high overclocked with 1.35v.
You should take a thick triple radiator (360) for optimum cooling performance. A swiftech mcr320 would be a goo choice.

Anyone here using the hd2900 Pro with the accelero xtreme?
Here the fans aren't starting on their one, so everytime I start the PC I've to kick-start the fans by hand... .

Also, where did you get it?

    Thanks.

I've to start the fans by hand... . Probably they don't get enough Voltage to start on their own.
My card is running at 800/850mhz, idle Temp is 49, after a while of 3dmark06 it's around 67 (in ccc). With stockcooler Temps were 61 idle, 87 load.
Installation was ok, but the cooler is really huge. My mainboard is a XBX2, and there it's blocking two S-ATA Ports.

The cooler is available in some German online shops, I ordered it from one of them.
