Ok nvm, it works just no visual confirmation that the settings were applied.

So just to clarify, this sets the strap to 333FSB?

There is no confirm because the idea is to put this tool in your autostart folder

for setting the values on each windows start.

Normally the strap changes over 400 MHz , the utility applies the values from the 333FSB - strap.
