You should powder coat some in transparent colors so they will be a candy color. Candy red, candy blue, candy green.

i wanted to get the side pannels laser cut with Frozen SS graphics on the side, the Frozen parts small letters and the SS larger in fancy writing.
but they were quiet pricy and went for holes.

i sold my QX6700, and bought a Q600 cheap for load testing. Post 152 was wprime1024 with Q6600 1.7v load testing

When i have the access point on the suction line (this compressor has the crapy kirby connection, and its over $100 for that connection to connect to this access point.
So I have the access on the suction line.
For refrigerant lines I just use normal ones nothing special. To remove the hose I would turn the unit off and wait till suction line is at room temps and system cooled down, then remove both sides with minimal refrigerant and oil loss. this also stops the low sides access valve from getting a slow leak, which is what happens if you remove it when system cold, especially on cascades![]()

In USA we have to have low loss, but without it, with like a propane, you get quite alot of gas coming out as well as the cold.

been working on another 1/2hp unit basic k-type display.
I have found a source for accumulators finally, now idle isnt an issue with popping n crackling and units tunned for 250w+. Accumulator is around 17cm long, little big but it really does the trick.
Load with a Q6600 at 1.7vcore wprime 1024m was -41c, -45c idle![]()
temps just after the accumulator at load was -27c.
seems the longer i benched the colder it gotcant complain

yes you're right.. I've tried 25mm thick fans, with same flowrate as my 38mm, but if you check datasheet you will see that the 38mm ones has alot more potential to force true a condenser due to it has alot higher push/pull capacity.
yes they sure do. I have just ordered some new cube condensers with push pull fan setup, and will use the 25mm thick fans at low speeds for quiet operation![]()

This is simple procedure my friend, After you are don charging you close off the tank, then you turn off the discharge service port valve, then you open your high side manifold valve, then slowely open the low side manifold valve and allow the system to pump out your hoses. If you front seat the suction service valve you can actualy pull your hoses right down to 0psi.
