I picked one up in flint, Mi for 77.99. The chick at the register told me if I bring in the stores number that had them for 47.99 I could get that price.. we will see though. Man, these buggers are friggin huge though! Kinda the exact opposite of my Lian Li a05b i just bought .

Talked to an "Operations Manager" at a store in Avon, Ohio. They had this case for $67.99, when a store 30 minutes away has it for $47.99. I asked her if she would price match and she said no, because prices are based avaliability and demographics.

    Lame.

I don't believe that. Best Buy isn't that organized about anything.

My store doesn't have them on clearance and the dept manager wouldn't even discuss a discount.

I'll just have to wait a while and see if things change.

    Yes, its a 2000 mr2 spyder.

I think you got a bad case that didnt go through qaulity control. The front door is solid, and edges are clean.

    The issues that I found with this case are;
    -Sharp, unfinished edges
-The left door did not fit properly, (after closing and tightening screws), the case twisted so it would not sit level but rocked side to side. I tried every way to get it to level, but as soon as the door was tightened down, the case body twisted.
-Top panel did not fit correctly in the front left side as well.

For the price, it's not a bad deal if you can find a good one.

    Nice case, nice car.

When you bring it home, could you take some pics of it next to another one of your cases for us? Pics make this good thread great!

Got one of the last two cases at my Best Buy. I'll get some pictures up in a bit of it compared to the side panel of my old Craptake Tsunami (er, Thermaltake) and my Silverstone Olympia power supply box.

I got some pictures of the case itself, what it comes with, and some pictures of the transfer from the Tsunami to this case. Bear with me though, taken with a cell phone.

Yes, i think i have done enough research to verify it should fit on the PC-6/7 cases. Im not 100% sure since i havent purchased one... but it is deadly close to some of those cases size wize. I may buy one just to check.

I did not realize it was THAT big. I don't own a cosmos, so I can't compare directly, but I'm guessing this is bigger than a p180 eh?

The two stores nearest me didn't have them on clearance last week. But I checked today and now they do but for only $100.00 just keep checking they will all drop eventually.

agreed. From what i can tell it would have to be a pc 1000 or 2000 series case. However, there are a number of versions of this case series. Thsi is the one I suspect will fit:
    http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...c6c659d0009911
    http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...oducts_id=3713

I've been meaning to call Performancs-pcs and ask for specific specs on the panels they offer.

Although it would appear you happen to be in NYC, thats a good 8 hours away, so.. yea...

Only 1 of the 6 or so stores within 50 miles had them at that price. Call around?

a friend picked one up for me for 47. in comparison to my p180, there's no contest, the p180 actually smokes it.
the case cover feels light and flimsy, it looks like it will scratch easy. i feel like i have to be extra gentle with this case, which is not what i had in mind.
well i'll take a closer look at it tomorrow. maybe some fatmat and a thick coat of paint will keep the rattle down :/
