Thankfully I was able to cancel my order for the G.Skill. I called Corsair to verify these module would work the P5E and corsair said yes!

    I ordered them!

I've spent too much money lately looking for a kit that will do 1200, or anywhere close to 1180 that is Orthos 12 hour Stable. No luck yet.

Hopefully, you guys will find some gems among stones. Good luck, eagerly awaiting Orthos/OCCT stability screens.

Man...I am very tempted by these.

I have yet to find a 2x2 Kit that can do over 1100 on my Maximus Formula.

These might just be the ones!

To order, or not to order?

    375 vs 450 & 500...

You could run 450 or 500FSB and use a 5:6(x1.2 sigh sorry mistake) divider (if your ram can do 600). I think youll notice better performance overall

I ran the new OCZ reaper X HPC PC2 -6400 4GB & PC2 - 8000 4GB @ 1000MHz both sets would not even come close & would BSOD ect. even on 5-5-5-18. Stay away from OCZ memory.
tRFC buddy, thats all you needed to play with

I have 8GB running 1140 here 2V or so, tRFC is key due to density. I noted from another forum post Corsair are setting tRFC to what looks to be 77 on some of their kits...I dropped 300MB/s im memtest86+ doing this but yes I clocked a LOT higher.
Got a problem with your OCZ product....?
    Have a look over here

    i have 54.5ns with 4GB/52trfc vs 53.5ns/25trfc with 2GB.
If using trfc = 77 for example i need 10-20MHz more for same bandwidth i guess

Have you been able to get 1066+ with AI Trans Booster Disabled (0) and DRAM static read + Ai Clock Twister STRONG?

I cant get it stable at all with all of it, I have to turn off DRAM Static Read.

Anything I run above 1066Mhz needs DRAM Static Read disabled (using 333Mhz or 400Mhz FSB Strap). Tht goes for all the kits Ive tried...

Yes Dram Static Enable and Strong twister on 5:6 with 1.5V past 550+ PL=7 (disabled/0) though i prefer less nb voltage and for 24/7 i am using moderate.

I will have to try that but with a FSB of 450 I should be able to get my PL to 6!

Try it with Static disabled, and with AI Trans Booster on STRONG. See if your results are better... according to Everest, my L2 cache latency goes way up with Static enabled/ moderate and not much RAM performance gain. When I have it disabled/STRONG it goes back to 3.5ns instead of 4.7... again no significant impact to RAM performance.

my set did 1165 with all auto settings at 5-5-5-15 with 2.1, not sure which setting in my bios corresponds to trfc in memset, it seems to auto set at 52 though.

    450x9with 4:5's they are happy at 1125 at 2.0v
