Yes I believe its the CPU.. I'm running HTx5 (1 Ghz) 24/7 (1330Mhz HTgives me 300Points more in 3dmark06
I like this about the am2+, someone from forumdeluxx has his running @ 1600Mhz with an x2 no problem...)
Besides the described limitations i'm very pleased with board and bios as well.
A dram skew option would be nice whatsoever

Try dropping down to X4 = 800HT and lowering you're Multiplier
Look at the Bios Templates Overclocks I did on the First page of this thread and see if you can get any love with those guide lines
