With everest 4.2.The +2.5v reads 1.2v for me.I have these options for voltage readings in bios with 1507.

    v12 12.5v
    v5.0 4.869
    v3.3 3.231
    v1.5 1.197
    VccP 1.172

Same voltages for the 1251 here.
I was about to post my readings in BIOS cos I think somethings weird:
    V12.0 11.937V
    V5.0 4.921V
    V3.3 3.231V
    V1.5 1.184V
    Vccp 1.148V
Readings are a bit low, don't trust those much, but the last readings are worrying me. the 1.5V is way off and Vccp I believe should be the core voltage but the value shouldn't be right, or is it? What core voltage for the wolfdales?
Also, in HW monitor the Processor thermal margin reads 0 C which is also troubling me. Should this be the processor temperature? Maybe this BIOS version doesn't support Wolfdale entirelly but Intel states that these processor are fully supported by this mobo.

    Hi,Manel.
"What core voltage for the wolfdales."
Load up core temp and check your vid.Max vid is 1.225v.You most likely will be around .9v-1.225v.

"Also, in HW monitor the Processor thermal margin reads 0 C which is also troubling me."
Yes,it would trouble me also.Reseat cpu cooler.Appears intel is using tjunction.Closer to 0c means thorttling of cpu,if i understand it correctly.

    Maybe 1.5v is floppy?

I think the +2.5v reads in everest is your vmch voltage. To verify it, just set a higher vmch value, see the read change in everest.

that is your MCH voltage. it should read whatever you have your vMCH set at, not 2.5. i have mine set at 1.4 in BIOS and that's what it shows in Everest and the IDCC.

I believe it's a BIOS issue, since it's always 0 C, even when I power it on and go straight to HW monitor it's already there, while internal temp and remote temp will rise slowly. Proc fan speed remains at 1560rpm.
Also, in Processor overrides my Current Processor Voltage is 1.325V when CPU voltage override is set to default, FSB voltage is 1.2V and MCH/ICH voltage is 1.25V by default. I believe it's this version of the BIOS that sets wrong values, these processors may not be correctly supported in this version. The processor box says 1.225V max. I guess that's why the temp shows that value of 0 C.
Just realized that the voltage must be ok since it reads Vccp 1.148V in HW monitor, but what is the current processor voltage then? If set to default goes to 1.325V and the minimum setting is 1.2875V, this must be another thing. Does anyone know what it is? By the way, Please confirm if the default values for FSB voltage and MCH voltage are 1.2V and 1.25V respectivelly.
Another odd thing in hw monitor is the reading of V1.5 which is 1.184V, not 1.5V. Anyone knows which voltage is this?

Update on the 1507 and sleep/suspend issue. For me, it must be a Vista issue now. When I set the sleep for default 1 hour, it works correctly. When I alter the balanced plan to 2 hours, or change the plan setting, it only works randomly.

Current Processor Voltage is 1.325V when CPU voltage override is set to default
    1.2 vfsb
    1.25V MCH/ICH
Same settings here.Apears normal for dual core e8x00.

With C1E and EIST enabled your cpu volts multi and fsb will auto change based on load.vccp appears to be voltage based off of this. Not sure.

Can only change one of those thru bios,do not recall whitch one.Does not appear to work anyhow.Previous pages it is reffered that everest can shut this off.I rarely have used everest, not a fav program.

Try theses,if you do not already have.Idcc is working well for me also.

the BIOS shows the default voltage as 1.325, but it's much lower when i get into Windows and check it with Everest. it looks like it's actually 1.225 minus vdroop.

Good news that the new BIOS solves the S3 issues. I'll have to give that a try this week!

FWIW, I seriously hope I did not disappoint or mislead anyone with my posts about the MCE Tool. Away from my puter, knowing MCE had been useful to me, and wanting to be helpful in this thread; I offered it out there before I got back to my bonetrail to test.

In retrospect, I really should have first waited to get back to the PC, tested the tool and then commented. No excuses, my bad!

I suppose I was a bit too eager to contribute. And looking back, it really was unprofessional. Apologies.

On a side note / question: I have not yet tried Everest. Is that software provided by this forums own grand-poo-bah git? Cool if yes!

Beers all around. Feel free to fling produce in my general direction, LOL.

I guess my volts are ok then, same as everybody else's anyway.
It's EIST you can enable/disable in BIOS, not C1E as far as I know yet.
I do not have Everest, the others yes, yet to try IDCC, next thing on the list.
I asked Intel support regarding the 1.325V, let's see if they reply, they usually do.
xMrBunglex, what mods have you made to your antec 900? I wish it was all painted black. Did you also had trouble with the front I/O panel cable length? It hardly gets to the board's HDD LED/power and reset buttons headers, mine is all stretched and beneath the vid card. Contacted Antec, Don said he'd send me a new cable, probably the same length so I'll have to solder. How did you manage?
Vdroop is around 300mV so I guess actual voltage should be 0.925V, cool!!
Mr Steveo, welcome back, long time no see. Don't worry much about it, all help is always welcome when solving problems.

i cut holes in the motherboard tray to run the wires behind it. my front panel wires weren't even almost long enough, so i used CAT-5 wire and some strippers to cut and splice - extend the wires and make them longer. the end result looks something like this:

I just build my new computer last friday and I have notice that the temperature reading with Everest Ultimate is too high, is this reading is correct or a bios problem? But I use Zalman cnps 9700 so I am expecting it to be low temp.

    cpu temp 42c
    core1 54c
    core2 50c

based on your vCore, i'd say you have a Wolfdale CPU. ignore the Core 0 and Core 1 temps; they aren't accurate. just go by the CPU temp, which shows 42°. that doesn't seem too unreasonable to me - not great but not bad either. my actual vCore is 1.25 and my CPU is idling at 40° right now - it's a warm California day. if your ambient is warm, your temp seems about right.

By the way, this is my system. I am planning of oc'ing but the problem was the temp reading. I need your help guys.

The Audio is nice but I can't install the driver from the disk as well as the driver from intel support. Is there anybody has same problem with mine?

    Thanks.

off topic, but you might be unstable with your memory running at 1T. i have Patriot Viper Extreme and it's rated to run DDR3 1600 @ 7-7-7-18 2T. the new BIOS lets you set command rate.

as far as your CPU, most people are going to ask if you applied your AS5 correctly and all that. less is more when you're talking about thermal grease. also, that Zalman heatsink you have needs lots of fresh air to work well. does your case have a blowhole fan? if not, you might consider drilling a hole and making one. your wiring is also a little on the sloppy side - clean wires promote better airflow.

that being said, your idle temp is only showing two degrees higher than mine and i have an Antec 900 case, which ventilates very well. i really don't think your temps are bad assuming your ambient is warm like mine.

EDIT: looking at your Everest screenshot again, all your temps are in the 40's or above. you simply have a hot case and probably a pretty warm ambient temp. your CPU temp is as good as it's gonna get unless you turn the air conditioning on.

    OT:
My case has 3x120mm (1 front, 1 side and 1 back panel), 1x80mm at the top.
I am having a problem arranging my wires, Thermaltake has lots of wire and I am in a hurry to build this coz I don't really have time to make it better coz I am always busy. But I will make it better if I have time, I dont know how coz there is no space at the top area coz Its full of pheriperal(1 DVDRW, 3 Sytrin HDD cooler but only two has hd on it.

I havent read all the post here, I am hoping if you could post your signature here. So I can have a base where to start in ocing my rig.

    Thanks.

I would have to agree with Forsaken, your case is too hot. The case looks like there are way too many wires in it and probably not enough airflow for the small size. A few things to look for, make sure your CPU fan is blowing the air the correct direction, meaning you aren't blowing it into the rear fan. And like was already mentioned too much thermal grease can cause huge problems as well.
