Nope, they are in stock at Sidewinder computers, although they are not on the site yet I am sure that he has received them.

Petras is out of stock again, and I sent them WAY more sinks on this order than I did on the last. There are more coming down the chute though so I am hoping to have them back in stock at Petra's ASAP. I'll keep everyone updated.

Already got a set, pics of mine on the previous page. I talk with Alex occasionally, hell I've already spent a fortune with them.

I don't really give a **** as to what they cost. I was simply curious because I remember mention of the number 200 somewhere and its simply crazy how fast they sold out.

200 would be the total sold to date.

I'm sure if you ask they would be happy to tell you about the order, but I will leave that to them.

As far as I know they will fit as it is basically the exact same board plus a few extra vregs which will fit under the vreg sink.

I think if you ordered a set from Petra's and it didn't fit they would likely take it back.

I can positively confirm that they work with the XFX 8800 GTS G92 card. Since it is a reference pcb they should work with any GTS G92 reference pcb.

Ordered my black set yesterday from ChilledPC, Cant wait for them to arrive so i can slap the Accelera S1 cooler on with them and crank the clocks. The stock cooler sucks big time and sounds like a hurricane.

Installed my silver anodized sinks today as well as my EVGA AKIMBO cooler (got it just for the back-side sink). Had some trouble as the back-side sink screws into the main Akimbo cooler. Fortunately, the outer set of screw holes on my Accelero S1 Rev.2's base exactly matched the holes for the back-side sink.

Didn't even think to get the black anodized sinks since the AKIMBO back-side sink is black too. Oh well, still looks ok. Just wish that my silver-anodized sinks didn't come scratched up.

Having them scratched up is not normal, please get me a better photo and I'll see what I can do for you. All blemished parts were pulled before I shipped them out, so they must have been damaged in transit or something.

It's no problem. The scratches are only on the outward facing side, on the bottom right of the larger sink. One of the screws that came with the set was loose in the bag with the larger sink. You can see it a little in the second picture.

Getting my video card out of my cramped case is a PITA and so is cleaning up the thermal compound from all of the parts covered by the sinks. Took me almost an hour to get all of the Ceramique off.

That setup looks really nice (kinda wish I had black pcb), does the akimbo thinger actually do anything substantial or is it more "I am awesome" equipment? hehe

It lowered temps by 1-2 C, but that's about it.

I also used Microcool micro-sinks on everything else on the back not cooled by the Akimbo back-side cooler.

Just wanted to let everyone know that both colors of the sinks are in stock and are now have been added to the site at Sidewinder. This is another good source for them; it will be about one week before both colors are back in stock at Petra's.

I've been patiently waiting for the "iandh" kit to become available and I can now say that mine has shipped. Oh yes, there's a MCW60-R coming with it!

iandh, I realize that you've had issues and a bout with the flu, but it has now been two weeks since our last communication and two and a half months since I originally ordered from you. I said to you that I could wait until your health improved and you had the time to fab my waterblock mount, but I feel that I have been more than patient.

Back on December 28th, you said that the waterblock adapter should be no problem. All you wanted was to get all of your shipments finished that weekend and you would make one up as soon as you had some extra time available. I am finding it difficult to believe that you haven't been able to find the time since then.

As a result, I would simply like a refund of my $60. That's all I want at this point so that neither of us will have this hanging over our heads anymore.

What you would really find hard to believe is that I've completed more work in the last 2-1/2 months than most people do in a whole year. One person can only do so much.

It isn't a matter of finding time for you Creig, it is a matter of finding time for you and 30 other people who all want a piece of me. At the time I quoted you, the waterblock mount wasn't a problem, but since then things have changed.

Just FYI, I was out sick for 6 days since March 1st with a nasty flu bug, in addition to the couple days I missed last month. If anyone needs to be stressing, it is my employer. We are under a 2 year contract with the Office of Naval Research, and I have a monthly obligation of hours to that contract. If I miss a day, it has to be made up by the end of that month, or we don't get paid, period. If I miss 5 days, it has to be made up that month, period. Sick days don't count.

I will be getting my first weekend off hopefully sometime in April.

All that said, I'd be more than happy to refund you. Thanks for your patience, and sorry I wasn't able to fulfill your order in a timely manner. Other than the fact that I wasn't able to fill your order, it has been a pleasure. Give me a couple days to transfer funds to my paypal, and I'll post here as soon as the refund is sent.

Let this be a lesson to all that it is probably a better idea to stick to your day job unless you are a meth addict, or have superhuman powers.

You're still on deck, I've got a project going for NaeKuh that I just contacted him about, and Cyberdruid just cancelled a project he has been waiting for because I haven't had the time. Now that I am refunding Creig that only makes for 27 different projects I have going.

Seriously though, Creig does have a right to complain, I just wanted everyone to know that the lack of service was not due to sheer neglect.

iandh, I wish you the best and hope things eventually slow down for you. I would very much like to see iandh ramsinks stay available. They are a quality product and fill a very much needed niche in the market. Nobody else seems to make bolt-on ramsinks and that is the only type I (and others, apparently) would consider placing on our video cards.

FWIW, it was a pleasure dealing with you. My order simply came right before a bad time in your life and you had much more important things on your plate to deal with. A ramsink and waterblock obviously isn't a life-or-death item so it is totally understandable that it was on the low end of your "To Do" list.

If you decide to make ramsinks for future generations of video cards, I would be interested in once again placing an order for a set (as long as you let me take a peek at your Day Planner first, of course).

    Take care.
