I have "good" news - I'll stay on s.939 but i have one dilemma.
i found one LP Ultra-D and one Asrock 939Dual-VSTA. The difference betwen price is 20$. So I'm asking, is it worth to give 20$ more for Ultra-D without warranty or to pick Asroc mbo for 20$ cheeper with warranty?
I know Ultra-D is the best OC mobo but i realy don't know is it worth?

and one more question...
I can buy a Opteron 144 for 50$...
