    Can you take a pic of the numbers on the packaging? Maybe with enough info we can figure out how to distinguish the old from the new.

    I think so, double side is 16FD5 even on new HS that without clip

    Just bought 2 sets of Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 from newegg

    I think they are D9 chips they can do DDR2 1066 at 5-5-5-15 at 2.2V

    One of the heat spreaders was barely attached so I took a picture for you guys.
