i've done the same pcie chip vmod and it worked, hipro has similar mod too, i dont understand, how 200ohms feedback with 5k to ground can raise pcie chip volts to 2.4v? it barely raised a bit over default for me.

Does it increase stability enough to be worth it?

    Will LF 560 752 work?
    Will PS735 330 16v work?
Is there any special order or places to solder them on the vGPU/vMEM resitors?

sorry peter i must have overlooked something or made some stupid mistake, its all i can see as the problem, the base resistance is just over 200ohms, perfect for 5k resistors, yet ive tried a few times and it gives me 2.4v every time...

Hey Shams, do you have any advice on other good locations to add capacitance?

SMDs right behind core would be good, but i think u'd better off looking to add mosfets and inductors curently

I am not a skilled solderer, how difficult would that be and if too difficult, what are good caps to use and can you post a pic with the spots labeled for both MOSFET and caps? Also, can you link me to a MOSFET that would be good? Thanks guys!

heheh thats the tough part, even for hipro5 maybe he will move the mosfets from a dead 2900xt to it, theres bare spots for another one two phase, thats the beauty of volterra u can daisy chain the mos, up the phases

    What capacitors should I use?
    Where do I solder them?
    How many should I use?

This card will only be under water and maybe the ocassionally "winter chilled" water.

What kind of bios are you guy's using in your cards ? because when v-modding you certainly gonna get over 860 mhz. I'm stuck there and want to get past that speed

Regarding my cap mods, i did not see any obvious gains on either GPU or Mem, however i also dont know if im simply being limited by OCP...
