Make sure that you have all the power saving options in bios disable. I could be that maybe your cpu is throttling.

Iīve thought that too, but RM clock didnīt confirm throotling.

Do you know some other tool, which can detect cpu throotling?
Both, Intel TAT and throotle watch donīt work.

    Yea I tried F7-F11

F9,10 have memory address issues, but my voltage issue was still there

Also F8 has a PWM cpu fan issue.

I highly doubt this issue was bios related with the numerous versions I tried, and others really havent had this issue.

    Thanks!
I should have guessed that, checked the Gigabyte site, sure enough, the DS3 (non-R) has the F12 bios listed. Strangely, my previous mobo was a 965P-DS3, and I was using the F12 bios for that board

Ok do this, bring your cpu speeds to 3.7ghz with lower volts and run spi. what is your score? If it is higher than at over 4ghz then it is throttling

My next step would be to switch the cpu to another one to rule out the motherboard. If problem percist then you know it is not the cpu. Now you have the motherboard or the memory to test.

Iīve tried the cpu on Gigabyte P35c-Ds3r, the detection wasnīt good at 100% (comp boot at 6x333), but after I had disabled the c1e, tm2, EIST the cpu ran at 3ghz with good performance on this cheap motheboard.
    for example ... superpi 1M = 15s

Also the cpu is good, and the motherboard p35-dq6 is good too...because Iīve tried E6750 in DQ6 a there was no problem ...
