    Well, for me, we have problems as Safe Mode puts 2-3 minutes of 70-100% processor load whilst booting and doesn't let any driver/app work to show frequency.

    However, I tried it just now. Same limit as before -> 2756 and below stable and sub-2840 into Windows capturable. Booted this pretty easy first time.
