    Blitz(1402) + retail E8500 = 9.5 x 591FSB on dry ice :)

the new 1402 gave me a nice boost on fsb ,from 550(unstable) to 570(good enough for pi1m) and it stops at 591fsb

this cpu does a bit more @ P5E3 WS but 568-570fsb seems to be the max fsb stable for benching on Blitz,

    into setup at 571 x 9.5

    CPU- retail E8500 745A703
    MB- Asus Blitz Formula 1402
    Bios1- vcore- 1.82v,nb- 1.8v,PLL- 1.9v,vdimm- 2.45v,sb- 1.2v

nice does PCI-E 130Mhz help with max FSB ?

550FSB to 570+ FSB boost that on DI cooling ?

    thx

George,PCIE @ auto or 100mhz = no go at 570fsb and 510mhz seems to be enough for 570 but i only chose 130mhz for 3d benching and not for max fsb.

550FSB to 570+ FSB boost that on DI cooling ?
its my second dice run with Blitz and Wolfdale ,the first(bios 1202) was so bad ,only 550 for pi and 570+ for screen

Nice work as always my friend!

I should you try Asus P5K mobo with this chip, I think you can do new WR with other low cost mobo (Asus P5K serias, Asus P5B-D), because new mobo's as Blitz serias and x38 and ddr3 mobos have fsb limit with wolfdale.
