    Of the 5 chips, what was the worst max OC? Any of them fail to break 500MHz fsb?

    yep ,benching under 20c is alot better than 23c but #3 cpu is just not flat across the center and i think its the problem

    hmmz so the E8500 seems to need less vcore then a E8400 for same speed. Same vcore : E8500 clocks 100-120 mhz higher, I wonder if it worth it for a premium price over the E8400

    whats the general thoughts re e8400 vs e8500 because of the lower vid value need on e8500 and the extra .5 multiplier is it good generally for a 100-150 mhz boost over the e8400
