Nice pics magnj
Sorry , it was my bro hwo did the modification
I like the pic...but if you clean up the sharpening artifacts, it could be pretty sweet.

its really hard to get proper lighting when the subject is touching the objective on camera...

finally got a macro lens for my 20D...the cheapest poorly built macro on the face of the earth but for the $100 it cost me, it is definitely worth it. tack sharp and almost true 1:1 without dropping a fortune is always nice. now if i just had the eyes to properly focus when in this tight
naturally the first subject is going to be a motherboard vmod...i am going to have to make my soldering look pretty now that i can get decent photos, and clean up the random hairs
and one last one i just grabbed...changing out CPUs so it seemed only natural to get one of the E6850:

Wow....those are some sweet shots, TiN EOF!
Here are couple i took messing around with my camera
Taken with a Fujifilm S700
I took those on auto with stablization / macro
Im too noobish to know anything about the manual settings on this thing

Soviet old lens Jupiter-21M (200mm, F4) with reverse D50kit (18-55) at 18mm
Result :
All photos are not cropped, just a resize
Maximal close shots from 18-55 only
Macro (approx 12:1) from red rectangle parts
For my opinion - it cool for 30$ lenses
All shots are on 20 second exposure with external shutter
Kernel of a poppy, phistachio, match, candel, kernel of a lime, eye
