I think the biggest advantage for most people (aside from apps that will take advantage of SSE4 instructions), will be relatively high stable 24/7 overclocks with lower cooling costs.
People who see benching as more important will likely be better off with 65nm parts, unless they have the cash to burn for the higher/unlocked multiplier models.
