Futuremark 2003 World Record @ CES

Vince and I cranked the EVGA 780i 3-Way SLI up to 5.9Ghz for some 03 action. Here is a run we got off with stock video card clocks testing the max frequency we could reach.

Kicking up the video card clocks a few hundred Mhz we bumped the world record up over 126,000

After spending 14+ straight hours benching, we finally got the board up to full speed on LN2 and actually had rather good success and a solid benching session with four containers blazing. Kingpins TEK-k9 slims are really sick for TRI-SLI and worked/fit perfectly. They are able to push 8800 ULTRA's to 1000MHZ+.

@ Fugger, did you run any other benchmarks during the session or just 03?

Congrats guys!! 5900MHz on 780i is amazing; this board must be a better clocker than we thought.

    What were the card clocks?

That is really a milestone! And what is more amazing is that the scores were done on Vista. Superb job!

I seems weird now that the top score in 03 dwarfs the score in 01. In my mind I think that spells the end of '01 in some respects.

    Awesome score, simply awesome!!
