I did leave out a couple of rigs that are at the office, I forgot about those...![]()

The XS WCG team needs your support.
A good project with good goals.
Come join us,get that warm fuzzy feeling that you've done something good for mankind.
Wow! That's impressive RR.
This picture was taken when I got my 24" widescreen ( finally!! ) on Thanksgiving. It has since displaced my trusty old 19" Samsung that it was sitting next to.
I spend a lot of time at that table...The dining area doesn't have a wall seperating it from the living room.
Pardon the picture quality, was in a hurry at the time.

I think I can contribute to the mess.....
Here's the current state of the farm machines. These are my main 10 quads.....
EDIT: Note the chain on the top of the right rack. That's hooked into the ceiling for a seismic brace. watch out for that on your farms....You don't want whole racks crashing down on you.....This is a very easy solution, and cheap.
Now, let's move back a bit in the garage and find out how packed Bob's garage really is.....![]()
No room for cars here!! Only room for tools and hobbies. A perfect male cave....I filled all the red toolboxes you see in this pic. It spills over to the shelves on the wall behind this, next to the farm.
For the farm, and to those who remember it's evolution, note that the mass cooler is still sitting on top of the cooler. The cooler has nothing to do with cooling, it merely puts the radiator off the ground....
Here's an earlier pic of me, with the earlier farm in the family room about 6(?) months ago.
I will say the farm production is close to being optimized. I have found a combo that is doing really well. I'll share that soon on a thread. I'm running the same number of machines, but producing about 20-30k a day more on them....same clocks....!![]()
Where am I going with this? To here....
I want the right-most rack full of a minimum of 8 core Nehalems, preferably duals...(16 cores, can you imagine?).....I'm just waiting on my friends at Intel....
Regards,
Bob

Short answer, an optimized Vista 64 bit Ultimate with BOINC 5.10.28, running all HCC WUs. Page faults in the 10k region or less.....Compared to the best of FAAH, with page faults in the low millions, or the worst of HCC with hundreds of billions with 32 bit OP systems.....
Page faults do count, regardless of what a few of the folks that are "community advisors" at WCG would have you believe....
More to follow...

Bob

Nice 123bob.
I'm also eagerly awaiting your optimized findings.
Mine is weak compared to some of the other guys.
CM690 is the Gaming Quad (see sig), the Antec with side panel off is Sammy (see sig), the Ultra Aluminus on the floor is workstation quad (see sig). Some other junk thrown in as well.

I'll see about getting some pictures of my computers at least (even if it is a RAZR camera). I don't crunch but that's only because I have no connection to the 'Net on the only rig that can.
