Speaking of how to motivate members, how do the challenges work, and why haven't we ever been in one (or am I missing something?) Can we challenge EasyNews to a points challenge ? Or are the challenges on WCG less specific than that ? Even if so, is that a reason not to do one ? Or are we worried they'd smash us with their large membership numbers and make my statement above short-lived ?

Look at these numbers, we kick their arse everyday and leave them in the dirt. To say that we tar and feather them daily would be very accurate. If I were them (except Team 2CH because they have numbers in the stratosphere) I would be wondering why we couldn't do better with ALL our members compared to a tiny little team called...XtemeSystems.
This team IS the best and we will overtake them one by one. We have the people, equipment, know how, and dedication to accomplish whatever we set as our goals. Our forum owner sets World Records like some people change their socks so it is fitting that this team set our own records.
