I have a question, with my q6600 why is it that with my fsbterm volt at 1.3 i can pass prime/occt longer than with a 1.4-1.5fsb term volt. I thought the higher to fsb volt the more headroom for FSB speed. In fact, anandtech's little review recommends 1.54fsbv and 1.61nbv.. when I set it around there I fail tests almost instantly. My temps are under 47C for NB and my cpu temps load around 56C.
450x7 with PC8500 5-5-5-12 t2 (Stap 400, ddr-1199), 4x1GB 2.28v(2.32real, spec'd for 2.25-2.35)
CPUv- 1.375v
CPU PLL- Auto
NB-1.55v
FSB termv-1.3v-1.5v
SB-1.05v
I have been trying for a week to find a stable setting, it seems pretty stable so far for general use and gaming, but I want to be able to pass 8 hour prime blend/smallfft, memtest, OCCT with no errors. Main question is what setting is needing a change and what exactly does fsb term voltage do and what should I set it at. Any other voltages look off? I have basically tried everything so far.
