Bought that 22" Samsung on Black Friday from bestbuy for $220 =]. My PC sucks! Its still only a pentium 4 2.8ghz. Bio's says I im getting 92 degree's in temperature for my CPU, no way I can lower it down so I use that big fan. It helps lower the temperature by 2-4. I am going to build a new PC once I get my financial aid in a few days

I think the heat is due to the dust that you have in there. And also due the wires blocking proper air flow.

Yeah clean out the dust and reseat your heatsink with fresh thermal paste and you should be set until you are ready to upgrade.

Hahah, I knew I would be laughed at. Anyways, I have no thermal paste laying around and no air spray to clean that dust. Ill rearrange the wires though.

EDIT: I cleaned out the dust with some cue tips and the temperature went down to 58-60 degrees !!!!! Geez, I didn't think dust would have made it that bad.

    Nekkid PC

I still have the same components, but as talked about in a previous post I split my noise/heat components up. I have a tech station away from my desk with just a small LAN case on my desk. I had to make a custom cable for molex power, USB, reset/power buttons, and SATA. Came out okay, redid my computer room and even cleaned the carpets. Sooo here are the pics.

    [IMG][/IMG]

    [IMG][/IMG]

This one is kinda fuzzy, sorry. You can see the working parts in blue on the pull out shelf. The LAN box on the desk is the CD/USB/buttons box.

no no no... the ash tray near the gamepad will not do!!!

it gets in the way of the game pad and you're gonna have ashes galore...

go to the local supermarket and pick up an aluminum bread mold... velcro or foam stick that thing to the center, right in front of the keyboard...

that way... you dont have to worry bout ashes in the keyboard and a big enough ashtray... dont even have to take the cig out of the mouth...

Toys... Those are not toys, they are hand painted collectables, and some are prolly worth more than your CPU/Mobo (maybe more) combined. They are man-geek dolls of the highest caliber.

Now having a cute fake girl in a sig gets me.....
