Hmm 170€ for the E8200 is not cheap. I know a dutch shop where u can order the E8200 for 153.61€, the E8400 for 171.79€ and the E8500 for 243.58€ However, they are not yet in stock.

Don't believe what some online Internet shop writes. I have seen numerous such sites that list items as available only to find out that "sorry we forgot to update" when you order/call them Unless you get one in hand or see them at stock at major wholesalers/distributors in your country don't believe that

You will see them 1st in Asia/Japan then USA/Europe

its normal for shops that list it first to charge premium... its how they make money. no worries... 1 - 2 days after release price will go to where it should be.

Q9x00 series are Yorkfield, quad core CPUs.
