My GT also had RAM issues, and I ended up having to RMA it. I had to reduce RAM clocks to 885 to pass 8 loops of Battle of Proxycon (3DMark03).

The GTS has average 8% of advantage against the GT! It doesnt help that it has more SPs on it, the 256bit memory bus interface chokes the GTS as well as the GT!
Now if compare the prices it is clear to see, the GTS just doenst worth the extra money... not even close...
Of course, if u r lucky and can get your hands on a GTS for the price of a GT or lower, get it. Otherwise, dont.
