Before I went water, I owned a Tuniq Tower, SI-128, SI-120, XP-90C, and an Iceage 120 ... and the SI-128 and Tuniq were the top two. The Tuniq had a few Cs usually over the SI-128 at idle, but were identical under load and a lot cheaper. (Looked better too.)
Tuniq still ranks in the top heatsinks out, so only reason I bring out that comparision. I can vouch for the SI-128, but I'm sure others will say the Infinity is great too. I guess it comes down to whatever is cheaper.

In my opinion Scythe Ninja and Infinity Mugen is more strong radiator.
If you get a 'good' Infinity, it's within a few degrees of a TRUE. There are also some like Anandtech received (which sucks...). Most are very good though
And they perform nicely with fans slower than the TRUE likes
