Do you know what chips 800Mhz modules use and how well do they scale with voltage?

They use Samsung chips. They won't scale past 2.1Vdimm[BIOS value], and i was unable to hit 600Mhz at any voltages or timings. Probably by handpicking i could get one module to work stable at 600Mhz but Diablo is surely better for higher speeds.
Pudi, you can ask local shops about CSX Diablo availability as i don't know where you live and i have no information about CSX resellers there.
