Can someone build me a Mach II S775 Mounting system?

For less than the ridiculous $100 that every online shop is asking for one?
I figured this would be the place to ask.

I have an A64 Mach II mounting kit, so I have the screws, metal bracket and heater, I just need a backplate and socket-surrounding component I can hook the bracket/head to.
I'm going to be hooking my Mach to an Asus P5W DH very soon, and time is of the essence. Who can help me?
Please send PM's for offers, general suggestions/ideas can go in the thread.
    Thanks!

Chilly1 enclosure may work with some modification to the insulation. under-the-ice.com sells them for $50

I'd say pickup some 3/8" acrylic.

Im starting to think the acrylic route is the best idea.
I have enough neoprene to build a seal myself...and i'm no stranger to drilling holes in plastic, or modding in general.
I will hunt for the right pieces of plastic, if i find what i need, i'll post pics.
If i don't find what I need, i'll be measuring that cpu/socket height for Duniek soon...

Bolt a new mount onto the mount, yep been done, if you can make some that look decent and not so rough sure why not.

so how is that supposed to work?
does one go on the back of the MB and the other on top of the mach head?
or are they both on top of the mach head?

    both on top of enclousure

I will make prototype from 2 or 3mm plexi to show it

if it will be "works" (looks) good I will make more of it from 1,5mm stainless steel

I'm in the same situation. Had my Mach II sitting in the garage for a couple of years due to not having the right mount. Where can I buy some neoprene insulation?

    picture time!
here's the socket area i'm dealing with (nasty component spacing)

here's the backplate with neoprene and mounting screws

here's the socket with layer 1 of neoprene insulation

here's the socket with layer 2 of neoprene insulation

and here's the socket with neoprene layer 1 and the screws.

    second layer looks too think
    for
try to put 6mm second layer over first layer

mach evap take off from enclousure on about 5mm
    so 6mm will be perfect

maybe tommorow I will make pics on mounted mach evap on 775 with custom holddown
    stay tuned

Ouch thats pretty rough with those vregs and caps so close. good job though. Are you sealing between layers with grease? Probably not a necessity but I like to do it. Also helps hold it in place when putting the mounting head on it
