Also try lower the voltages on the CPU a bit, my e6750 is doing 3.6 with 1.36v under load, your setup is almost exactly the same as mine

and my chip won be stable @ 3.6 below 1.440v load (vdroop)
seems about acerage for my e6750's he ones hat new low volts are good cpu's

ive seen some need 1.55v for 3.6

mine needs 1.392 for 3.5 but the tuniq is so good with volts it dont matter
