Best ram for 500FSB with tight timings

What should i go for that can do 500Mhz @ 4-4-4-X (x=12 or lower) timings? 2GB kit... I don't want to run more then 2.25/2.3v on the ram and hope they don't burn to hell while using them at that voltage also

    Crucial Ballistix PC6400 / PC8500, Mushkin PC8500, Team Xtreem?

My current Geil PC6400 sucks bad. I can only do 500FSB @ 2.3v with 5-5-5-18.

I don't think there'a RAM that can run 500FSB (PC 1000) at 4-4-4-x timing with less then 2,2v
I believe 2,2v is standard for some of RAM which run at 4-4-4-x timing at PC 800, so 2,2 won't fry your ram, just put a decent air flow on the ram and you're good to go.

Just get the $40 Ballistix PC5300

I have them and they do 500mhz 4-4-4-5 with 2.25v easy

Actually they clock slightly better than my ballistix PC8500s

    Nice one on those PC5300

Any one know of a guide or anything that shows how to put an 80/92mm fan over the ram slots? I can't find anything inside my case to screw that thing on.

Edit: just checked the german Cell Shocks. They are around 180EUR for a 2gb kit which is a bit too expensive for me.
