Hmmm... at 2.45v Im not sure thats a good idea but hey I think the stock heatspreaders are not even working at full efficiency because everytime I try and boot at any speed over 1300Mhz effective (650Mhz DDR2) when it comes time to load windows I get this weird error that says some file is missing or corrupt and it prompts me to repair the Windows installation using the Recovery or Repair option with the original windows CD.

I think this is happening simply because I have not reformatted my PC in a very long time and there is a bunch of times I have overclocked my entire system and windows gave hiccups/BSODs for a number of occasions now....
