Unlocked black Phenoms to come next week

In the Old days it only took some TLC.......Now it takes the Federal Reserve and Intrest @110%...

Note : Today I asked at ....(Several different retailors).... If they knew / had info / or would recieve any 9600BE's this comming week ...The reply was we have 9600's....(So i nicely repeated the Q).....

All of them said they didnt know of such a thing on the 9500/9600....So i guess there trying to push the 9500/9600 out the door ...If they lower the price , Id grab a few and run as stockers....

I was shocked that customers (ME and Every One at Extreme) Know way more than the most Retail Employess in (Silocon Vally/SF Bay Area) This was asked at some very popular Stores that sell us this stuff"

There's non retail in EU that I know of.

I was supposed to sell the 9500 this last Friday and pick up the 9600 unlocked but the uncle who was to pass it on to me said there's none in the EU available to them, so I decided to keep a little longer. I doubt they'll have them for Xmas around EU. US seems to have them though. If I was there I could've grabbed onto it to test by now.

I only want to see 5000 BE ocability to compare properly with a Q6600/Q9450 soon.

Im waiting for Newegg to pull through so I can order from one store. All the shops that have it sub 300 are either Preorder/out of stock status. Hopefully the Egg gets it listed early today

What did you ask? BE or Black Edition? if you just said BE i might understand that they got confused.

Duno, but if the HTT wall is the main problem holding the Phenom back, and the HTT wall is at 230, 3450MHz could be possible, allthoug i doubt it alot.

Would be nice to see 3ghz on some of these chips without having to worry about NB speed being a problem.
