till I get my new cooler I don't want to go too overboard and I would like the system to be fast but stable. Also since I have the voltage set to auto should I change this for these settings or will that make any difference?

I have that ram and I can tell you that FSB is too high. Unlikely it will work with anything at or over 1200.
