Don't freak out just yet, Here is a possible solution:

Take all your RAM out except the one in slot 4 (the one farthest from the CPU). Turn your machine on and you should be able to configure everything. I think it has something to do with the amount of Northbridge voltage with multiple sticks of RAM installed. I run 4x1GB and sometimes it does this after a bad OC attempt.

I actually bought another P5K Deluxe because I thought my 'old' board was toast... low and behold I see a post on a forum, tried this solution out and now I have two MB's...so I turned one into a 3.6Ghz e6600/P5K Deluxe Rendering Machine Bingo, with extra parts(and parts I thought were bad aka the MB) I now have another machine

PS. 0703 BIOS did the same thing to me that happened to you. My fix worked. and am back at my same settings as pre-update.
