    How to overclock 8800GTS 512 G92 ?

    Hi there folks
    I've got the card and I can't overclock it.
    I've tried ATITOOL and Rivatuner, both detect card and I can even control fan speed. But when it comes to clock it either find it 0/0 or N/A.

    Any ideas ?

    from Cri$ch:

    open up rivatuner .cfg file and add

    G92 = 610h-61Fh
    G92 = 600h

    to the nV list

    (program files, rivatuner etc etc)

    I've got that(G92 = 610h-61Fh and 600h) and my card is recognized.
    It's just doesn't detect the clocks.

    enable driver-level hardware overclocking = tick

    then hit "detect now."

    Are you new to Rivatuner?

    K404 thanks for help but it's obvious that I've tried that.
    Thing is that when I click it and then press detect now or reboot, each time it's just going back to N/A and no clocks are shown.

    Open vNidia control panel and then on the left hand menu there is an agreement that you have to accept before it allows asjutment of clocks.
    Thats what happened for me anyway...

    works fine for me in vista.
    Using rivatuner 2.06 & 169.21

    the rivatuner cfg file already had G92 = 610h-61Fh
    I just needed to add G92 = 600h

    working a treat now

    Can't see any agreement to sign. If click on NVIDIA control panel i just get the box with task menu on the left and actual options on the right.

    Just to let you know I'm on Vista 64, both both programs load their drivers ok and all other features are working ok.

    I even tried flashing bios from XFX card and still no luck.

    I found it for Rivatuner!

    I had to tick Allow separate 2D/3D clock frequency adjustment ( that was never a case before, even with 8800GT )
    Then it worked and gave me clocks.

    Although it's still 0 0 for ATITOOL.

    Ok, so I am having the exact same problem on XP 32-bit as OP. I added "G92 = 600h" line and Rivatuner is able to recognize the card now. However, I still cannot overclock it. There is no "Test" button, although I can just "Apply" new clocks. When I do it, the clock doesn't change though.

    I installed nTune but I don't see the clock control option anywhere.
