@KTE: You posted earlier your idle/stock consumption. You made an estimate od 10W for chipset. Did you try your MB with Athlon X2 (EE) CPU also? That would give us better estimate of chipset consumption.

I'd also ask how did you estimate other components. The most confusing is 10W for GPU. Do you have HD2600XT card? If yes what did you do, to achive such low consumption (compared to 'justapost' claiming (95-(77-4)=22W)

Not speeking of ananand tech values, that managed to do 40W (ok from wall)? I guess, they just have un-efficient PSU for low load.
