...another "what chips are soldered" question => Hynix D43 further questions

    Hello,

    I am very confused.
The last 2 hours i searched this forum and google, but no achievement.

I have two sticks TwinMos Speed Preimium 3500 2x512

I found many lists with several chipsettings on several PCBs.
All of these lists said that my sticks have Winbond UTT BH-5.

Several threads here told me, that the P/N have to end on 1A4T or AA4T.

But on my sticks have the following stickers.

    P/N: M2GEJ16A8APPFF081ACMT
    MODEL NO: M2GEJ16A-PP
    S/N: 536M55M85000405
    PC3500(CL2.5)512MB DDR-DIMM

    P/N: M2GEJ16A8APPFF081ACMT
    MODEL NO:M2GEJ16A-PP
    S/N: 536M55M85001786
    PC3500(CL2.5)512MB DDR-DIMM

    So ended on ACMT.
In one thread a user said this are Hynix D-43 Chips..... sure?

on the chips are the following prints:
    TwinMos
    0536M
    TMD7608F8E44F

About this i am very confused.... thats why i decided to start a new thread.

I hope somebodey can help me?!
Maybe somebody can draw conclusions to the used PCB?

    THANKS Loopy

TwinMOS Speed Premium with a P/N ending with ACMT has Hynix chips.
You could have found this on my DDR RAM List.

seen them benched at 3.3v but around 3.0v is probably fine for 24/7. 300mhz 3-4-4-x should be doable.

I never thought of D43s as scaling all that much with voltage...I seem to remember that 2.9v-3.0v was about all that yielded benefits, with 275 MHz being a good clock for them (except for some of those last batches coming with Adata binned chips which were hitting close to 300 on S754 based rigs).
In memory of Gracie, my sweet, sweet wife and mother of my children. Darling, we will miss you dearly. May you rest in peace (born to this world on March 30, 1976; went to her Heavenly Father on Good Friday, April 22, 2011).
