oops, someone else already posteed this - sorry.
Strangely enough, I still do better with .26. I'll try .01 and .02 next.
The 1.1V Mod does NOT work for my card.
If someone could please rake a look at my BIOS.
Well I tried .80 and no dice. I can't overclock my memory even 1 mhz past 900 mhz for freezes etc.

There's 2 there. One with the RAM left alone and one with the modded timings.

can you upload bioses here
Here you go...the RSSC has the higher clocks with the 1.1V option and the second one has the same except with looser ram timings.

I would not flash that bios until editing the clock speeds as well. GAR, the 756/1890/1000 is a "little" high for most 8800GT's you know...![]()

Well...I decided to use my original BFG OC bios and just change the clocks to 700/1750/950 and nothing else (ie - no voltage change) and I am now able to overclock much, much higher. Go figure???![]()

From my experience if you try to flash higher than 1.1v you end up w/ 1.05v instead of 1.1v, so set it to 1.1v or you won't get any improvement.
Don't mess w/ anything in the VID Mode tab. That won't do anything for you, and you might make it to where the 1.1v mod won't work. Just go the the Exact Mode tab and change Extra to 1.1v. It will either be blank or say 1.05v before you change it.
It seems some cards come from the factory w/ 1.1v, so those folks might not get any better results after the mod, but they usually get high clocks anyway.
