    theres no LED on this board. unless its hidden amongst the colour scheme. can anyone see it?

    Thanks i will try that, maybe i have to take it out then reflash the old bios F3 and start flashing until latest version.

    I could not reach the battery so i put on a jumper to reset the cmos. I left it there for 30 min and my problem seems solved. Thanks!!!! I hope tomorrow it will boot on 3.6 for the first boot.

    hi great glad it worked thats called clearing the cmos.( you found a jumper then ...you only have to leave it on a few seconds ? can anyone clarify that?)

    hey if i remember you saying about updating the bios ...you dont need to start on f3 and make your way up (ie update) you can just jump to the latest if you like. not sure if thats what you ment?

    also i recommend checking your ram with memtest ( to make sure that is running sweet... without tuned ram everything else can go bye bye.!!

    im running f7d it seems o.k.

    you may know most of this , its good for others to read too anyway.,
