maybe it's the same thing like it was with TDU , pirated version have stuttering original version works perfectly.I've read somewhere that only people with the cracked version have this problem and i tend to believe this because there is no driver from Nvidia or ATI to fix this and neighter from EA maybe because there is no problem unless you didn't pay for the game.

i get 20-25 fps steady on all maps with highest IQ, 4xaa @ 1680x1050 with my crappy rig (see sig). first racing game i've really gotten into since gran turismo 2.

i'm using a cracked exe for mine, i get audio stuttering at certain points on the early tracks, i'm going to use the disc and maybe it will run smoother not having to read everything from the HD.

The disc is only used for authentication nowadays. It's been a while since a developer actually used the CD/DVD to load data. It sits idle during the game.

Besides if it did, imagine how slow it would be - your HDD can get data to the CPU many times faster than accessing it from an optical drive.

Let me know if it does anything, I have always used no-cd cracks because I hate having to go get the CD for every game I want to play.

i bought both mw and carbon and until they fix this stuttering i have no intention of purchasing pro street. they never did fix the stuttering in mw.

Have a 240SX 177BHP running 9sec in the 1/4 right now. RX-7 for my grip and Silva for my drift.

how does 177hp run 9 sec on the quarter mile... makes no sense to me.. must weigh like < 1000lbs...

i have a 69' challenger running the 1/4 mile in 9 flat. it has like ~ 800bhp! doing the 1/2 mile in that balls to the wall will most likely cause you to losecontrol and total the sucker.
