1st off is there a post to show me how to upload a picture?

So this is my settings. 400MHz, 9 x multiplier, Vcore 1.4450, MCH 1.44, CPU VTT 1.23, ICH 1.15, CPU GTLREF (both) 1-4 69%, DDR2 2.250, ichio 1.6 and DDR2 Ref 2%.

Any suggestions? Should I tunrn anything down? Or should I turn anything up?

Memory is at DRAM frequency 480.0 Mhz, FSBRAM 5:6 ratio, 5-5-5-18

Prime was 410, Thansk again.
