    Fans for Thermochill PA120.3

well guys I know about Panaflo (rexus) on newegg and their 68CFM, 103CFM and 114CFM fans... but they are $20 a pop plus wiring so more like $23 a pop

I'm not really trying to spend $~70 bucks on just fans....

what are some good fans out there that have at least 65CFM output and aren't $20 a fan? or is there someway to get a discount from frozencpu with buying 3 of these suckers with cable sleeving?

I found these, Scythe brand, and one of them is 120x120x38mm and the other is 120x120x25mm

YateLoon D12SM-12 = 70.5cfm @ $5.95, and used with a PA120.3 and liq flow around 6lpm, would give approx 490w of Thermal Dissipation.

£10 or $20 isn't cheap for a fan but some like the Papst will last a lifetime. Are these Yates availbale in the UK? Anyone use the xilence redwing? it's hard to get good balanced reviews on fans isn't it!

Yates are available in the UK, yes... many sites have them. Price ranges from £4 for the SL's thru to £7 for the SH's
Do a google product search and you'll find suppliers.

You da man!!! you presented me with the facts of the mcr320 vs thermochill pa120.3. and even in my poll i stated those three, the mcr320 was the best so people did answer that, BUT the thermochill was better. and now you presented me with the facts for the heat dissipation with the setup of the fans you recommended Thank you greatly!

Is this 3 fans? What configuration- push or pull. Any benefit to running 6 push and pull?

You should not give this number alone, this is very misleading and confusing. I am sure you understand the true meaning of this, but most other ppl. here - not. The dissipation number is meaningless until you specify the water temperature, otherwise you may aswell say it will dissipate 3 KW, which is also true

I'm Using Panaflo L1A's on mine, on fanbus, I also have some yates in my system blowing in the front and back of the case. I heard some fans like yates don't work as well if they are not blowing sideways? But I don't have any links to proof of this.

The yates are alright but I like my L1A's hands down much better.

How much of a difference would it make to have 6 fans push and pull through an MCR320 vs. just 3 fans in push.
Also, 3 fans in push vs. 3 fans in pull?
