Finally managed to "boot" with 475 FSB... Here are my settings:
PLL: 1,72V
VNB: 1,65V
VMEM: 2,15V
VFSB: 1,60V
I'll try to lower each setting to see what is the limiting factor

I`m probably gonna buy this board, but what is the difference between the SE and the normal version? (the led etc and watercooling?)
