I've seen good comments about ALTERNATE and HPM-Computer. 4x1GB may not be 100% but I think with this Crucial RAM your chances of better OC is higher. There aren't good 2x2GB kits for overclocking...
I've been in Germany last July and bought most of my hardware in Munich. 15-20% more expensive than in US but waaaay cheaper than in Brazil. I would order everything online but I didn't have enough time to receive the items.
The memory was expensive for US/EU prices: 180 for one OCZ 2GB kit. Still, it was less expensive than in Brazil. Too bad it failed after 3 months. RMA'ed it and received new OCZ D9 RAM back. Do not fully regret buying it.
