    No it won't change. The label that put nibitor next to the VID is only to remember which VID correspond to which voltage.

    The only data that the card care about is the VID. So if your card has a default VID of 03, changing it to 04 and flashing the bios will change the Vcore. But if your are already using VID 04 and change the label to anything, it won't change the Vcore of the card.

    Jason also tried to set the VID to 05 but it seems the card doesn't recognize it.

    So if my card has a voltage 1 and 2,on the voltage 2 there was 1,32V and I change it to 1,4V,so if I understood correctly what you said it wont change correct??(sorry I'm not from a English country so sometimes get's hard to understand what you're trying to explain)
